That’s right, we’re outta here, at the end of April and I can’t wait. As I am certainly sick of living in this basement apartment.

Why am I moving you may ask? Well lets look at the pros and cons of staying in my current place.

Pros:

• I’m really close to work

Cons:

• I’m really close to work
• No deck!
• I’m on the street in a basement apartment.
• Waking up to a whipper snipper or lawn mower outside my bedroom window.
• Having dirt blown into my apartment from a lawn mower or whipper snipper.
• Skate Boarders, shopping carts, noisy drunks and motorized scooters on the sidewalk going by.
• Ants and silver-fish.
• Size.
• Heat, it was so hot in this place last summer, and because its on the bottom floor, we had keep the windows closed when we weren’t here.

Well needless to say, there are far more reasons than that, but thats enough for me. Frankly this should be a very pleasant lifestyle change for all of us. Its something I am looking forward to, so if you find yourself with some time off at the end of April…
