When do 4 dimes equal a dollar?

When the vending machine at work is giving me my change!

Thats right! I put 2 bucks in, select a bag of chips for a dollar. And just like that, presto, I’m made the fool. All I can do is stand there dazed while I watch the machine zero’s itself out and spit out 4 dimes. What’s up with that?
